The bridge has no end point in Denmark

Infinite Bridge has been described by many visitors as a bridge that you can never reach the end of your life.

Denmark - the country of happy people

The Infinite Bridge in Aarhus, Denmark, was designed by architecture firm Gjøde & Povlsgaard Arkitekter. This work was completed in 2015 on the occasion of the Festival of sea sculptures. The bridge is circular, 61 m in diameter and located at the beach. Wooden deck with steel supports, no barrier around.

The other bridges take people where they want to go, while the Infinite Bridge takes you to where you started thanks to the circular structure. According to architect Johan Gjøde, the design of the bridge helps people experience the surrounding space.

The walk here helps visitors admire the beautiful scenery around. At the same time, you easily communicate with others, experience nature together.

The bridge was built on an old harbor, where many people used to go by steam train to rest. From the coast, visitors follow the circle to the furthest point.

Once in the area, you can visit the nearby historic Varna Pavilion. From the terrace, you can enjoy the panoramic view below. Inside the building is a restaurant and dance floor.

Aarhus is located on the west coast of the Jutland peninsula. In addition to the Infinite Bridge, this place also attracts visitors by the Den Gamle By Museum. This is an open-air museum, an ideal destination for families with young children. Near Den Gamle By is the Aarhus botanical garden. In addition, you can also go to two other attractive locations, the ARoS Art Museum and the Viking underground museum.
